Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the CDC’s Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health Program

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) program. Over the last two decades, REACH has been at the forefront of the CDC’s efforts to address health disparities and promote health equity, funding over 180 communities throughout the nation. At the heart of the REACH program is its meaningful engagement with diverse communities to implement culturally-tailored strategies that have been effective in closing gaps in health disparities.
